Oscar Robertson, The “Big O” - he was the only player to average a triple double for an entire season, averaging 30.8 points, 12.5 rebounds, and 11.4 assists per game during the 1961-62 campaign. He was voted one of the 50 Greatest Players in NBA history in 1996.
To date, PSA has only graded a total of 13 Oscar Robertson cards which are actually considered his pre-rookie card; as the 1961 Fleer set is generally considered his rookie card. Of these 13 cards, only 3 have been graded higher. To say that this card is rare would be an understatement!
Other than some touched corners, this is a super nice card. With many of the cards from this set often found stained for those darned wieners, this may be one of the nicest examples left on the planet. It’s deserving of the finest card collections!
