Roy Jones, Jr. vs. Antonio Tarver II, billed as "More Than Personal", was a professional boxing match contested for the WBA, WBC, IBA, IBO, NBA, WBF and The Ring light heavyweight titles.

The two men had previously fought each other on November 8, 2003. Jones, who weighed 199 pounds in his previous fight at heavyweight, was clearly weakened after losing 24 pounds to get back down to light heavyweight. Tarver had captured the WBC and IBF titles Jones had vacated after his WBA heavyweight title win against John Ruiz in March. Tarver was able to land several powerful combinations on Jones through the course of the fight which was closely contested. However, while one judge scored the bout a tie (114–114), the other two judges had Jones clearly ahead by scores of 117–111 and 116–112, giving the Jones the win by majority decision. Following his victory, Jones initially talked about returning to the heavyweight division to take on Mike Tyson in what would be his final fight. The planned “Jones–Tyson Superfight” never came into fruition and Jones eventually decided to meet Tarver in a rematch on May 15, 2004. Jones blamed his subpar performance in the first fight on his difficulty making weight. During the prefight instructions at center ring, referee Jay Nady asked if anyone had any questions. Tarver said, "I got a question. You got any excuses tonight, Roy?"

The fight was named Knockout of the Year by The Ring.

Offered is the official Boxing Contract with the Nevada Athletic Commission which encompasses two separate documents that measure 8.5” x 14” for the May 15, 2004 fight in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The first contract is signed by Roy Jones Jr. in black ink (also initialed by him several times) paying him $6,375,000 for the fight.

Jones, who is considered by many to be one of the greatest boxers of all time, left his mark in boxing history when he won the WBA Heavyweight title, becoming the first former middleweight champion to win a heavyweight title in 106 years. Jones was named "Fighter of the Decade" for the 1990s by the Boxing Writers Association of America.

The second fight contract is signed by Antonio Tarver in black ink which paid him $2,075,000 for the fight.

Nicknamed the "Magic Man," he’s a former WBC, WBA (Super), IBF, and The Ring magazine light heavyweight champion. In 2006, Tarver starred as Mason "The Line" Dixon, portraying the heavyweight champion in the film Rocky Balboa.

This fight ranks as one of the most important Light Heavyweight Championship Boxing matches of all-time! Museum piece. It comes with an additional full ticket to the fight. This was an $800 ticket!
