Evander Holyfield is the former Undisputed World Champion in both the cruiserweight and heavyweight divisions, earning him the nickname "The Real Deal." He is the only four-time World Heavyweight Champion, winning the WBA, WBC, and IBF titles in 1990, the WBA and IBF titles in 1993, and the WBA title in 1996 and 2000. He is perhaps best remembered for having a part of his ear chewed off by Iron Mike Tyson in a battle for the ages.
From the 10th fight of his professional career, we offer Holyfield’s blue acetate satin EVERLAST boxing trunks worn by “The Real Deal” for his Cruiserweight fight against Jesse Shelby on April 6, 1986 in Corpus Christi, Texas. <
The blue trunks feature a yellow waistband with EVERLAST logo stitched into the center and yellow striping down the sides of each leg. Stitched into the bottom of the right and left legs of the trunks in white embroideerrd lettrrig are the words "Real/ Deal." Holyfield would go on to defeat Shelby by knockout in the third round of the scheduled 10 round fight, improving his professional record to 10-0. Size Large. Comes with a card from the original auction that Holyfield sold his fight worn treasures.
