Johnny Blood McNally (D. 1985) was a professional football player and coach and arguably one of the greatest and most colorful players pro football history. He played for the Milwaukee Badgers, Duluth Eskimos, Pottsville Maroons, Packers, Pittsburgh Pirates, and Buffalo Tigers. Notable, he helped lead the Packers to 4 championships in 1929, 1930, 1931, and 1936. He also coached for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Kenosha Cardinals, and St Johns. He’s a member of the NFL and Packers HOF.

Walt Keisling (D. 1962) was a professional football player and coach with this coaching career being spent exclusively with the Steelers. In the from 1939 into the 1950s. A 1939 Official Program for Pittsburgh Pirates Intra-Squad Game lists Keisling as "Asst. Coach" and Johnny Blood (McNally) as "Coach". Kiesling's overall record at Pittsburgh was 30-55-5. He kept the franchise competitive, but only put together two winning seasons.

Perhaps the biggest blunder in Steelers history is attributed to Kiesling, when as head coach he benched a young Pittsburgh born-and-bred Johnny Unitas through an entire training camp before cutting him, allowing the Baltimore Colts to acquire his rights. Despite this, he was still inducted into the Pro FB HOF.

Offered is an album page signed in pencil by McNally and Kiesling. McNally has signed this piece John Blood as he was known throughout the NFL. The page measures 4.25” x 5.75”. They are both very tough autographs to obtain, let alone on the same piece.

Letter of Authenticity from Richard Albersheim
