Al Davis led Raiders won Super Bowls XI, XV, XVIII. He was AFL Coach of the Year in 1963. He's the only person to serve in the pros as personnel assistant, scout, assistant coach, head coach, general manager, commissioner, team owner/chief executive officer.
This Oakland Raiders check has been made out to Lincoln National Life for $2, 574.53, is dated 6/10/78, and is signed by Al Davis in blue ink. Framed with a classic shot of Football HOFer – Al Davis. The entire piece measures 14.75 x 20.75 inches. The check has been framed to museum quality in black and silver acid free matting with a UV protected plexi-glass coat (to prevent cracking). Awesome piece for the Al Davis and Raiders collector!!
