1930s Ed Cihocki Louisville Slugger Game Used Bat Philadelphia Athletics L.A. Angels PCL

Edward Joseph "Cy" Cihocki (1907-1987) was a shortstop who played parts of two MLB seasons with the Philadelphia Athletics.

MLB Career: Appeared over parts of the 1932-1933 seasons for Philadelphia during the franchise's decline from their championship years. Struggled offensively at the major league level, compiling a .143 batting average in 98 at-bats with 9 RBIs across his brief career. Made his MLB debut on May 29, 1932, at age 25.

He played from 1931-40 including several years in the PCL (teammate of Jigger Statz in Los Angeles)

The bat derives from the collection of former Major League baseball player and PCL legend, Jigger Statz.
