Order Acceptance, Pricing & Availability

All orders placed through Albersheim's LLC are subject to acceptance, product availability, and verification of pricing and inventory. Submission of an order, receipt of an automated order confirmation, or authorization of payment does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of an order or guarantee fulfillment.

Albersheim's LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline or cancel orders prior to acceptance for legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to pricing errors, inaccurate product descriptions, inventory discrepancies, items listed in error, product unavailability, or material changes in market conditions affecting pricing or availability.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of our listings, errors and omissions may occasionally occur. In the event that an item is unavailable or a listing contains an error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order or offer the customer an opportunity to purchase the item at a corrected price. No additional charge will be made without the customer's express authorization.

By accessing and using the Albersheim's LLC website and placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that Albersheim's LLC retains sole discretion and final authority to determine whether an order will be accepted, subject to its legal obligations. No order is guaranteed to be fulfilled solely because it has been submitted or payment has been authorized or collected.

If an order is canceled and payment has been collected, the customer will receive a prompt, full refund of all amounts paid for the canceled order, including associated taxes and shipping charges.
