1935 East West Shrine Bowl Team Signed TYPE I Photo of the West Squad /w Buster Maddox Packers – Babe Hollingbery

The 1935 East-West Shrine Bowl, played on January 1, 1935, resulted in a 19-13 victory for the West. The game, featuring top college football seniors, featured a notable lineup of all-stars (many future NFL players) and was a showcase of the best of the best.

Offered is an original TYPE I photo that measures 7.5” x  9.5” in size.

Hand signed by 21 members of the team on the front of the photo.  The back of the photo has all of the participants written out in an unknown hand.
