Bo Jackson was the 1989 MLB All-Star Game MVP. Playing for the Kansas City Royals, he led off the game with a 448-foot home run, went 2-for-4, and recorded a stolen base, leading the American League to a 5-3 victory over the National League on July 11, 1989.
