Bobby Layne Signed GPC from 1951 Pro Football Hall of Fame

Bobby Layne (D. 1986) was anAmerican footballquarterbackwho played for 15 seasons in theNational Football League. He played for theChicago Bearsin1948, theNew York Bulldogsin1949, theDetroit Lionsfrom1950-1958, and thePittsburgh Steelersfrom1958-1962.Layne was selected by theBearswith the third overall pick of the1948 NFL draft. He playedcollege footballat theUniversity of Texas. Layne was inducted into thePro Football Hall of Famein 1967 and theCollege Football Hall of Famein 1968.
