Circa 1959 Bob Slick Leonard Minneapolis Lakers Original TYPE I Photo Basketball HOF

Bob “Slick” Leonard played point guard from 1956–1963 after being drafted by the Baltimore Bullets in 1954. He starred at Indiana University, then later coached the Indiana Pacers, leading them to three ABA championships in 1970, 1972, and 1973 and earning Hall of Fame honors.

Offered is an original TYPE I photo that measures 7.5” x 9.5” in size that was a team issue photo from the Minneapolis Lakers. Stamped from 1959-63 and originates from the Seattle Times archives. Crystal clear shot taken at a Lakers practice (you can see his teammates in the background as well as the scoreboard).
