Marty Perez is a former professional baseball outfielder who played in Major League Baseball with the Chicago White Sox (1964–1966), St. Louis Cardinals (1969), and California Angels (1969–1970). He later extended his career internationally with the Hiroshima Toyo Carp (1973–1974) in Japan. Perez’s finest season came in the minors when he was named Pacific Coast League MVP in 1968, highlighting his offensive production and all-around play. His career spanned MLB, Triple-A excellence, and early American participation in Japanese professional baseball.
