Earl Cooper Signed AUTO February 1, 1982 Sports Illustrated Magazine Cover Super Bowl

Earl Cooper, a fullback out of Rice University, was selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the first round of the 1980 NFL Draft. He caught an 11-yard touchdown pass from Joe Montana in Super Bowl XVI, a moment featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated. Cooper later converted to tight end and earned two Super Bowl championships with San Francisco before finishing his career with the Los Angeles Raiders in 1986.
