Ken Kavanaugh was an American football player known for his career as an end (wide receiver) in the National Football League (NFL). He was born on November 23, 1916, in Little Rock, Arkansas, and passed away on January 25, 2007. Kavanaugh played college football for the LSU Tigers (elected to the College Football HOF) and then went on to have a successful NFL career primarily with the Chicago Bears.Kavanaugh played for the Chicago Bears from 1940 to 1950 and had a significant impact on the team during that period.
