Offered is a rare Basketball Program for a 1952 game (played in San Francisco on May 4, 1952) between the George Mikan and the World Champion Minneapolis Lakers vs. the California Pro-Stars. The Lakers had just won their third NBA Championship that year.The Pro-Stars lineup featured Don Barksdale, Alex Hannum, and Fred Scolari. The game was played on May 4, 1952 at Kezar Stadium in San Francisco. This 10 page program has illustrations of both teams (photos of the players), scoresheet, rosters, articles, and a tribute to Chuck Taylor, the legendary Converse pioneer basketball shoe manufacturer.Very rare program in very nice condition, folded down the middle (as it was probably tucked in a fan's back pocket), inside pages clean, intact. Less than a handful of these have surfaced over the years!Super duper RARE!!!
