Raymond Berry was a Hall of Fame wide receiver who revolutionized route running and became Johnny Unitas' favorite target with the Baltimore Colts. A six-time Pro Bowl selection and three-time NFL champion, Berry played a pivotal role in the Colts' victories in the 1958 and 1959 NFL Championship Games, helping define one of football's greatest passing combinations.
Offered is an original TYPE I photo that measures 8” x 10” of Berry during his rookie year in 1955. Original December 11, 1955 date stamp as well as newspaper caption on the back of this crystal clear photo.
This image was used to produce his 1957 Topps #94 Football card.
