The 1959-60 Cincinnati Bearcats basketball team was one of the greatest college basketball squads ever assembled. Led by legendary guard Oscar Robertson, who averaged 33.7 points per game in his senior season, the Bearcats dominated college basketball. Robertson, known as "The Big O," was a triple-double machine who could score, rebound, and distribute with equal brilliance. Forward Carl Bouldin provided crucial support alongside Robertson. The team went 28-2 during the regular season and reached the Final Four, though they fell short of the national championship.
