Fred “Freddy” Glick was an NFL/AFL safety for the Cardinals and Houston Oilers (1959–1966), a 3× AFL All-Star and AFL champion. Known for elite coverage and tackling, he set an AFL record with 12 interceptions in 1963, ranking among the league’s top defensive backs of his era.
