1965 Baltimore Colts Team Signed Football Western Conference Champs w/ 38 Autographs

The 1965 Baltimore Colts finished with a 10-3-1 record, tying the Green Bay Packers for first place in the NFL Western Conference. After starting 9-1, injuries to quarterbacks Johnny Unitas and Gary Cuozzo forced halfback Tom Matte, a former Ohio State quarterback, into action. Despite their resilience, the Colts fell to Green Bay 13-10 in overtime in a controversial playoff game, ending their championship hopes.

Offered is a Spalding Johnny Unitas football signed in black ink by 38 members of the squad.
