The 1981 San Francisco 49ers went 13-3 under Bill Walsh, winning the NFC West and beginning one of the NFL’s great dynasties. Led by Joe Montana, Dwight Clark and rookie Ronnie Lott, San Francisco defeated Dallas 28-27 in the NFC Championship on the legendary “The Catch.” The 49ers then beat Cincinnati 26-21 in Super Bowl XVI, capturing the first Super Bowl championship in franchise history.
Offered is an Official NFL (Pete Rozelle) 3 panel white/1 panel brown leather football especially made for teams to sign the football. Some cracking to the white leather panels from aging. 40 plus autographs signed in bold blue ballpoint pen.
